Before joining Zanier Legal Services, Elias built a career in marketing and business development, founding and managing his own agency that helped law firms and industrial businesses grow their online presence. That entrepreneurial experience taught him that clear communication and strategic planning are just as vital in business as they are in law. Today, he applies that same commercial insight to client matters — balancing legal structure with real-world practicality.
